Hungry Pet Warehouse Return and Refund Policy
1. Change of mind returns
- Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags, and be unused.
- Refunds for change of mind returns will be issued as a store credit (not to the original payment method).
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with change of mind returns.
2. Faulty of defective products
In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
