Shipping Costs
Shipping and delivery is free for all orders over $30.00. For orders under $30.00, a delivery fee of $10.00 is added to your order.
Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery on selected products, as indicated on our website. Same day delivery items will feature a green tag stating “same day delivery”, as well as an information box inside the product page to confirm it. To qualify for same-day delivery, please ensure:
- Your order is placed with at least 2 hours remaining in our business hours (i.e, order before 2pm)
- If your order is placed outside this timeframe, delivery will occur on the next business day.
- For products with various sizes, or weights – it’s best to confirm with us which size we have as same day delivery
Standard Delivery
For products that do not indicate same-day delivery, the typical delivery timeframe is 2-3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, particularly for orders being shipped or delivered to remote locations.
Order Confirmation and Communication
Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1 hour during business hours. At this time, we will communicate the expected delivery timeframe to you. If there are any changes or delays, we will notify you promptly to keep you informed.

- For remote areas, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe. We strive to keep delays to a minimum and will update you if this occurs.
